For HSBC Egypt, EMS delivered a fully integrated AV and collaboration solution across 118 rooms, partnering with 20+ vendors. The project included 27 collaboration areas, VC-enabled rooms, divisible townhall and training spaces, LED walls, digital whiteboards, IPTV zones, and a control room with video wall, powered by Neat, Poly & Logitech VC systems.

COP27

During COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh, EMS equipped 45 high-level meeting rooms, powered by 65 technicians and 20 engineers on site. The project operated seamlessly for 3 months without issues, delivering discussion systems, sound, camera tracking, video conferencing, recording, and live streaming.

Mopco

Completed in 4.5 months, the MOPCO project transformed the facility from the Chairman’s Room to 5 meeting rooms and a theatre with 3 functional spaces. EMS delivered integrated AV systems including various vendors, 290+ Bosch PA speakers, 10+ Samsung digital signage displays, 5 Crestron room booking panels, and full security, and barrier gates.

Cinnabon

Bringing digital content to the forefront at Cinnabon Egypt, 80 Samsung QMC digital signage displays (32–65”) were deployed across branches. Designed for reliable 24/7 operation and supporting both portrait and landscape formats, the screens enable flexible and engaging content delivery across locations.

Council of Ministers

EMS is honored to support the Council of Ministers in enhancing Egypt’s crisis management infrastructure with professional sound systems, discussion platforms, and interpreting units—ensuring seamless coordination and effective planning at the highest government levels.

The Octagon

At The Octagon, the new headquarters of Egypt’s Ministry of Defense in the NAC, EMS delivered the Strategic State Command Center powered by an advanced IoT system, integrating 128 screens, 6000 conference units, 500 speakers, 300 Bosch multimedia discussion units, and an operations center managing 100 zones.

Military Academy

Across 21 buildings of the Military Institutes and Colleges project, EMS implemented an extensive technology infrastructure including 2000 Samsung displays, 200 projectors, 4500 Bosch public address speakers, 60 paging call stations, and 130 multimedia conference units, supporting efficient communication and learning environments.

WUF

For the World Urban Forum (WUF), EMS equipped 12 main halls with Bosch discussion units, delivering the project in just 3 weeks. A dedicated team of 55 engineers and technicians ensured seamless communication and smooth discussion management throughout one of the world’s leading urban development forums.

Government District

Transforming the Government District into a fully connected hub, EMS deployed integrated AV and communication solutions across 494 meeting rooms, including 630 Samsung displays, 58 LED screens, 560 Bosch discussion units, 48 interpreting headsets, 58 document cameras, 449 Barco ClickShare units, and 116 Panasonic auto-tracking cameras.

ACUD NN1, NN2 , COC

At the Administrative Capital (NN1, NN2, COC), EMS implemented an innovative City Operations Center, integrating 6 Samsung LED screens, 8 Samsung displays, 40 Bosch ceiling loudspeakers, and 12 Crestron touch panels to enable seamless operational control and communication.

Remote Detention Renewal

Over 3 months, EMS delivered the Remote Detention Renewal Project in 27 governorates, equipping 700 buildings with 1850 Cisco Webex units, 320 microphones, and 64 digital signal processors to enable reliable remote hearings and accurate live speech to text conversion.
